Florida civil litigation attorney, Justin R. Payne, represents clients in Brevard County and throughout Florida in foreclosures, property insurance disputes, real estate and commercial litigation.
Before opening his own firm in Cocoa, Florida, Mr. Payne graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2003 and immediately began practicing as an associate attorney for a South Florida law firm. Right out of law school, Mr. Payne represented international corporations, publicly-traded companies, individual real estate investors, and local businesses, at both the trial and appellate levels, on numerous matters involving numerous aspects of business litigation, real estate and construction litigation, property insurance litigation, and mortgage foreclosure matters. During this time, Mr. Payne's clients included international hotel corporations, national construction companies, local contractors, real estate investors, title insurance companies, private lenders and financial service firms involved in a wide range of of real estate and commercial litigation.
In 2005, Mr. Payne moved to Brevard County and began practicing law at a prominent Brevard County firm, focusing his practice in the areas of business and real estate litigation, insurance claim disputes, and foreclosures. Mr. Payne continued his practice there for several years representing large and small businesses, individual real estate investors, condominium and homeowners associations in complex real estate, construction and commercial litigation.
In 2008, Mr. Payne took on a new challenge by acquiring the practice of a prominent, reputable Brevard County attorney retiring after thirty years of practicing law in Brevard County. Mr. Payne took over the responsibilities of an existing practice acquired from a colleague and former court room adversary, while continuing to represent his existing clients when he opened The Law Offices of Justin R. Payne, P.A., in Cocoa, Florida. Since opening his firm, Mr. Payne has tenaciously represented his clients in real estate, foreclosure, foreclosure defense, property insurance litigation, and Florida commercial litigation matters. Current clients of The Law Offices of Justin R. Payne, P.A. include private lenders, real estate investors, condominium and homeowners associations, contractors, and individual property owners.
